Helmuth Roofing was born with the intent to serve our community with upstanding customer service, detailed workmanship, and top-of-the-line products. We became an Owens Corning Platinum Contractor to help fulfill that mission.

We are a husband and wife team who values learning, growing, and bringing value to our community. We love the building industry and building science. Our personal vision is to grow Helmuth Roofing as a husband and wife team as well as add to our real estate ventures by building quality homes and investment properties.

Caleb:
I was introduced to construction as a kid, helping my dad at his storage shed company Helmuth Builders.
I graduated a Knight from Turner Ashby where I enjoyed wrestling, football, and pole vaulting. I’m into extreme sports and enjoyed taking my motorcycle to track days or just riding over “33 mountain” to West Virginia. One of my new hobbies is scuba diving, as I enjoy the water and exploring new places.
Smoking cigars around a campfire with friends is my favorite way to unwind. My beautiful wife Halah keeps me focused on the business when I get shiny object syndrome.
My kids are little monsters but a lot of fun. I am excited to see how they grow into their own persons.
Halah:
I was introduced to construction at 6 when my dad built our family home. I was fascinated with the design and building process from forts, doghouses, and birdhouses I kept that love of building alive to adulthood.
Caleb and I were high school sweethearts and when we reached the “what are we going to do” stage of life roofing seemed like the natural choice to keep a roof over our heads.
We have 2 kids that are very much alike and opposites all at once, and an older dog named Bruce who believes it’s his life’s burden to make sure the kids never have food left on their plates.

I was raised right here in the Shenandoah Valley and have lived here most of my life. I married my athletic, nerdy husband the summer of 2013 and we have two beautiful children ages 5 and 3.

My two munchkins keep me very busy but when I realized they were both going off to school, I knew I would have a little more time on my hands. I considered indulging in my many hobbies such as sewing, reading, crafting, or improving my instrument skills while my children filled their brains with academics and improved social and emotional skills but when I saw Caleb was hiring, I decided to join the working world again. I am the bookkeeper and administrative assistant for Helmuth Roofing. I enjoy the work and have learned a lot more about roofing than I ever thought I would know!
